1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or signing up for Yutexo, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an agency or talent media management firm, you warrant that you have legal authority to bind your organization to these agreements.

2. YouTube Terms of Service Compliance

Yutexo interfaces directly with official YouTube developer APIs. By using our diagnostic and revenue calculation suites, users explicitly agree to abide by the standard YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policies. Any fraudulent engagement simulation or illegitimate bot traffic attempt violates our core license and results in immediate ban.

3. AI Usage & Token Allocation

Our 21 VIP Creator Forensics tools (including Hook AI Synthesis and Eye-Tracking Studio) utilize heavy cloud GPU processing power. Subscriptions come bundled with tiered compute quotas:

  • Fair Use Limitations: Excessive automated scraping or API abuse designed to circumvent rate limits will trigger automatic throttling to protect server telemetry for other creators.
  • Content Ownership: You retain 100% full legal rights and title to all generated video outlines, brand pitch scripts, and thumbnail concepts generated using Yutexo.

4. Disclaimer of Algorithmic Guarantees

While Yutexo leverages cutting-edge dual-brain architecture (GPT & Gemini) to predict view velocity and audit suppression tags, YouTube's core recommendation algorithm remains dynamic and autonomous. Yutexo provides predictive forensic insights and does not explicitly guarantee definitive video viral performance, explicit AdSense payouts, or specific brand deal closure rates.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

All premium executive tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period with zero cancellation penalties.
